Revdanda is a village near Alibaug, Raigad District, Maharashtra. It's the site of the medieval 'Chaul harbor'.

ITINERARY

Day 01

 Morning departure to chaul. Breakfast en route. Arrival at Chaul , Check in at Resort. Lunch at Resort. Explore the Chaul village, around 360 Temples in Chaul village. Ancient temple as Rameshwar Temple,

the date of construction is not known, but the temple has been renovated several times. In the front there is a large pond known as pokharan in Marathi. The Mandir has three tanks (called kund in Marathi): parjanya

kund, agni kund, and wayu kund, representing three elements of nature—Rain, fire, and air. The temple is more known for its unique Hemadpanthi style of architecture. As per historical studies, this temple has been renovated various times in the past to make it attractive. Visit Shitaladevi, originally it was built with a tiled roof and wooden structure. In 1990, it was renovated into a modern structure. It is a greatly revered shrine. Mukhari Ganpati Temple, Kundeshwar Temple, Bhagvati Ekvira Temple. Lunch at Hotel. Evening take a Heritage walk through Coconut- Beetle nut farms to explore the Village life, birding & Nizamshahi Monuments. Experience the Natural beauty, Beetle nut & coconut farms. Day 02

 After breakfast visit Korlai fort, known in Portuguese as Fortaleza do Morro de Chaul built in 1521.See the Portuguese Church, inscriptions, Sweet water Well, Canons and panoramic view of Arabian sea. While

return back visit Salav Ganesh Temple. Lunch. Visit BETH EL SYNAGOGUE (1848) Beth El (Hebrew for House of God), the first synagogue built in the Raigad District. here are inscriptions in English and Marathi revealing that the gate was dedicated in September 1912 in memory of congregant Abraham Balaji Sogavker. Evening

a heritage walk through Revdanda fort known as in Portuguese "Fortaleza de Chaul. Built in 1524. See the Southern and eastern Gate, Sat Khani & other monuments. Evening Free time at Beach. Enjoy a Spectacular view of Sunset from Revdanda Beach. Overnight stay at Chaul.

Day 03

 Early morning a Walk through the Coconut – Beetle farm to the hill temple of Shri Dattatreya. The Datta Mandir, one of the oldest temples dedicated to lord Dattatreya, houses the swayambhu padukas of the

deity. The temple is situated on a hillock just on the outskirts of the village, and one has to climb about 700 steps to reach the temple. While return back we can visit The Hingulja Devi Mandir is accessible by a mud

road leading down from the Datta Mandir, or by a set of steps from the opposite side of the hill. Return to Hotel. Lunch. Return to Journey. Evening arrival.
