Description

Mysore (or Mysuru), a city in India's south-western Karnataka state, was the capital of the Kingdom of Mysore from 1399 to 1947. In its centre is opulent Mysore Palace, seat of the former ruling Wodeyar dynasty. The palace blends Hindu, Islamic, Gothic and Rajput styles. Mysore is also home to the centuries-old Devaraja Market, filled with spices, silk and sandalwood.

Kodagu, also known as Coorg, is a rural district in the southwest Indian state of Karnataka. In the area’s north, Madikeri Fort has 2 life-size elephant statues at its entrance, plus a Gothic-style church with a museum on its grounds. Nearby, the Hindu Omkareshwara Temple dates back to the 19th century. Farther north are the domed Raja’s Tomb, a burial place of Kodava kings, and cascading Abbi Falls.

Ooty, also known as Udhagamandalam, is a hill station in the state of Tamil Nadu, in southern India. Surrounded by trees, central Ooty Lake is a huge artificial expanse of water with pleasure boats. On the slopes of nearby Elk Hill, the Rose Garden is home to over 2,000 varieties of roses. The Government Botanical Garden created in the 19th century, features ferns, orchids and a prehistoric, fossilized tree.

Itinerary

Day 01: Bangalore to Mysore

Pickup from arrival and proceed to Mysore. En route visit Srirangapatna(Dariya Daulat Bagh, Gumbaz, Tippu Fort and Temple). On arrival check in to hotel. Evening proceed to Brindavan Garden. Overnight stay @ Mysore.

Day 02: Mysore to Ooty

After morning breakfast checkout and proceed to Ooty, on arrival check in to hotel. After lunch Ooty lake, Botanical Garden. Overnight stay at Ooty.

Day 03: Ooty

After breakfast Proceed to Coonoor. Coonoor Sightseeing (Sim's Park, Lam's Rock, Dolphin Nose and Tea factory) and Doddabetta Peak. Overnight stay at Ooty.

Day 04: Ooty to Bangalore Drop / Coimbatore Drop

After breakfast checkout and proceed to Coimbatore / Bangalore to board your train or flight.

⦁ Bookings are applicable for 02 persons staying together sharing the same room.

⦁ In case of any diversion due to landslide /road block any additional cost incurred with be payable directly by the guest.

⦁ Also note during Christmas & New Year eve, hotels in Luxury category will celebrate Gala Dinner, which is mandatory for its entire resident guest to attend & settle the bill on direct payment basis.

⦁ Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.

⦁ Cost does not include additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle, any services apart from the above designed itinerary.

⦁ Shri Datta Holidays will provide alternate or similar category of hotel in case the hotel mentioned in itinerary is not available

⦁ All cancellations & amendments will be done as per hotel policy.

⦁ The package cannot be combined with any other offer

⦁ The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.
